  • Living Through Loss Society
    They provide professional grief counselling for individuals experiencing loss, including cumulative and workplace grief. Offers low cost sessions, group programs, and specialized support for those in caregiving roles.
  • Central Okanagan Hospice Association (COHA)
    They offer 1:1 grief support, group programs, and counselling referrals. Staff are experienced in supporting healthcare providers coping with patient loss.
  • Interior Health – Palliative & Spiritual Health Services
    They provide access to spiritual health practitioners, social workers, and facilitated team debriefs. Supports moral distress, compassion fatigue, and grief after patient deaths.
  • BC Bereavement Helpline
    They offer phone based grief support, referrals to local counsellors, and education on coping with loss. Helpful for immediate, low barrier emotional support.
