Youth 1:1 Registered Health Care Aide in Nelson

We are recruiting Registered Health Care Aides for a unique opportunity working with a teenage client in Nelson, BC. This job will entail providing 1:1 care in the home environment, supporting a client with ADL care which may include personal care, bathing, dressing. lifts/transfers, outings in the community.

Qualifications:

• Health Care Aides require registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
• Valid CPR ‘C’ / BLS certification or better
• First Aid
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
