Meet Our Team

Carley Leboldus, RN BScN – Provincial Program Manager

While volunteering in Ghana West Africa, Carley gained a love and passion for working with children and their families.  Carley knew it was the field of pediatrics she wanted to work in.  In 2008 Carley started with Resource Ability as a staff nurse in the community working with children and their families throughout the Interior of BC.  She moved into Head Office as Nursing Supervisor as the start of her managment career.  In 2018 she became the Program Manager of Resource Ability with expansion into the Fraser Health Region, Greater Vancouver and Vancouver Island .  She brings experience from surgical nursing (adult/pediatrics), public health, gerontology, private nurse consulting/education clinics and as a nursing school educator/clinical instructor.

Shawna Swayze, RN BScN – Nursing Supervisor – Interior

Shawna graduated from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2009. Her love of children grew through working in a daycare and helping to teach kids Tae Kwon Do. Shawna began working with Resource Ability in 2009 as a staff nurse and has worked with a number of families in the community since then. She also has experience working on a medical floor. She was hired as the Nursing Supervisor in July 2018.

Tara Grayson, RN BScN – Regional Manager – Lower Mainland

Charlene Levarsky RN BScN – Regional Manager/Nursing Supervisor  – North

Charlene graduated with distinction from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2019. Charlene traveled internationally as part of her nursing education to the island of Siquijor in the Philippines. There she participated in health education and prevention initiatives for children; aiming to improve well-being for dental, hearing, and anemia. Her love for working with children and families came from years of being raised in a home that ran a licensed family daycare in addition to providing respite for children in the foster care program.
