Pay: CA$32.84 – CA$41.35 per hour

We are recruiting nurses (LPN) to add to a nursing team caring for a pediatric client (toddler) in Duncan. This job will entail providing 1:1 respite care in the home environment, caring for a child and providing assistance and support to the parents who are caring for the child with medical needs.
Duties include: medication administration, hypoglycemic management, respiratory care, assessments, baby care.
Care will be provided in the childs home or outings within the community.
Please note we are not a “travelling nurse” company so are hiring local applicants only.
Qualifications:
- Current ‘practicing’ registration with BCCNM
- Valid CPR ‘C’ / BLS certification
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
